Firewall & Network Security
Experience supporting Sophos firewall environments, including routing, NAT, access control, secure connectivity, VPNs, and practical network security troubleshooting.
Wireless & Point-to-Point
Deployment and troubleshooting of wireless connectivity using UniFi access points and Ubiquiti PowerBeam point-to-point equipment for reliable network communication.
Windows Server & Active Directory
Supporting Windows-based environments with Active Directory, user and access management, Group Policy, DHCP, endpoint administration, and routine server operations.
IT Support & Troubleshooting
Hands-on technical support covering desktops, operating systems, applications, printers, official email, connectivity, peripherals, and day-to-day user issues.
Physical Network Infrastructure
Practical work with network hardware and physical infrastructure, including Cat6 cabling, RJ45 termination, patch panels, racks, switches, access points, and IP phones.
